Level 1 - Tumbling

6 years and up


Level 1 Tumbling is perfect for those just starting out or looking to build a strong foundation in tumbling skills. This class will guide you through essential techniques like forward rolls, handstands, and basic flips, all while emphasizing safety and proper form. With a focus on fun and gradual progression, this class is the ideal starting point for your tumbling journey! Classes are 55 minutes long, once per week. Tumbling can choose to sign up for multiple classes a week.

Level 2 - Tumbling

6 years and up


Level 2 tumbling is perfect for those who have mastered the basics, this class will help you refine and advance your techniques. You’ll work on more complex moves like back & front handsprings, back 
& front walkovers, punch fronts, and ariels, all while focusing on improving your technique and building strength. Perfect for those looking to enhance their gymnastics or cheerleading routines, this class offers a challenging and supportive environment to advance your tumbling. Classes are 55 minutes long, once per week. Tumbling can choose to sign up for multiple classes a week.

Level 3 - Tumbling

Our Level 3 Tumbling Class will take your skills to the next level! Designed for experienced tumblers, this high-energy class focuses on mastering complex skills such as back tucks, back layouts, twisting passes, double flips, and combination passes. Perfect for athletes aiming to compete or simply elevate their tumbling, this class offers a dynamic environment where precision meets performance. Get ready to push your limits and achieve new heights in your tumbling journey! Classes are 55 minutes long, once per week. Tumbling can choose to sign up for multiple classes a week.
