Level 1 - Gymnastics

5 years and up


Level 1 Gymnastics is a great place for any child 5+ to get started. Children will learn how to properly use all of the gymnastics equipment. Class time is spent working on beginner skills on bars, beam, floor, and vault/trampoline. Classes are 55 minutes long, once per week. Gymnastics can choose to sign up for multiple classes a week.

Level 2 Prep - Gymnastics

6 years and up


Level 2 Prep is the next step once level 1 has been completed. This a great place for your child to continue to develop their gymnastics skills to prepare for Level 2 (Intermediate Gymnastics). Class time is spent working on further developing skills on bars, beam, floor, and vault/trampoline. Classes are 55 minuted long, once per week. Gymnastics can choose to sign up for multiple classes a week.

Level 2 - Gymnastics

6 years and up


Level 2 Gymnastics is equivalent to Intermediate Gymnastics. This class is spent working on advancing skills from beginner classes, with higher progressions, and working on physical strength, and flexibility. Classes are 55 minutes long, once per week. Gymnastics can choose to sign up for multiple classes a week.

Level 3 Prep - Gymnastics

6 years and up


Level 3 Prep can only be enrolled into from the graduation of a Level 2 Class, or a scheduled try out. This class will focus on proper body positions, strength, and repetition needed for Advanced level skills.  Classes are 55 minutes long, once per week. Gymnastics can choose to sign up for multiple classes a week.

Level 3 - Gymnastics

6 years and up


Level 3 gymnastics classes are only able to be enrolled into by the graduation from a Level 3 Prep Class, or by try out. This advanced gymnastics class will work on larger skills, preparing your athlete for competitive gymnastics, cheer, tumbling, or just for strength and flexibility within their life and other sports. Classes are 55 minutes long, once per week. Gymnastics can choose to sign up for multiple classes a week.
